Hoe stuur ik juwelen terug?

Wanneer het ontvangen composiet juweel – om welke reden dan ook – niet aan je verwachtingen voldoet, mag het steeds teruggezonden worden. Met uitzondering van sieraden die op bestelling gemaakt werden. Deze stuur je op volgende manier terug:

Stap 1: Stuur een mailtje naar de klantendienst via het e-mailadres info@lienhereijgers.be en vermeld duidelijk het nummer van de leveringsbon, het artikelnummer en de reden waarom je het artikel terug wilt zenden. We beantwoorden je e-mail zo snel mogelijk en bezorgen je een retournummer.

Stap 2: Stuur het juweel terug naar het volgende adres:

Print de e-mailcorrespondentie af en steek deze ook in de doos. Vervolgens kan je het juweel terugsturen en doen wij een grondige kwaliteitscontrole.

Stap 3: Na ontvangst van het juweel wisselen we het voor je, bezorgen we je een tegoedbon of storten we het geld terug op je rekening.

Wisselen van maat
Je hebt het bestelde juweel gepast en je vindt het mooi, maar het is te groot of te klein. In dat geval kun je het juweel wisselen voor een andere maat indien deze voorradig is. Wij bezorgen je een ticket voor een gratis retourzending. Let wel: de verzendkosten voor retourzendingen worden niet terugbetaald wanneer het juweel met korting (promotie/solden/outlet) werd aangekocht.
Tegoedbon
Je hebt het bestelde juweel gepast, maar het juweel voldoet niet aan je verwachtingen, of het is te groot of te klein en je maat is niet voorradig. Je kunt dan opteren voor een tegoedbon. Wij bezorgen je een ticket voor een gratis retourzending. Let wel: de verzendkosten voor retourzendingen worden niet terugbetaald wanneer het juweel met korting (promotie/solden/outlet) werd aangekocht.
Geld terug
Je hebt het bestelde juweel (dit geldt ook voor juwelen aangekocht in promotie/solden/outlet) gepast en het voldoet niet aan je verwachtingen. In dit geval sta je zelf in voor de kosten van de retourzending.

Wanneer je het juweel betaald hebt met een cadeaubon, kan je enkel een tegoedbon krijgen. Opgelet! Sieraden die speciaal op bestelling voor jou werden gemaakt, kunnen niet geruild worden.

How do I return jewelry?

If the composite jewelry you received does not meet your expectations – for whatever reason – it can always be returned, with the exception of jewelry that was custom made. You send the jewelry back in the following way:

Step 1: Send an email to customer service via the email address info@lienhereijgers.be and clearly state the number of the delivery note, the item number, and the reason why you want to return the jewelry. We will answer your email as soon as possible and provide you with a return number.

Step 2: Ship the jewelry to the following address:

You will receive a return label for the shipment and a return number that you must write down clearly on the box. It is important the return number is clearly displayed on the box so that we can identify your return. If this is not the case, we cannot process the return and the jewelry cannot be refunded.

Print the email correspondence and also put it in the box. Then you can return the jewel and we do a thorough quality control.

Step 3: After we receive your return, we will exchange the item, send you a gift voucher or refund the money to your account.

Exchanging the size
You have tried on the jewelry and love it, but it’s too big or too small. If your preferred size is still available, you can exchange the jewelry. We will send you a ticket for a free return shipment. Please note: the shipping costs for returns are not refundable if the jewelry was purchased at a discount (promotion/sales/outlet).

Voucher
If – for any reason – you are unhappy with your purchase, it does not meet your expectations or it is too big or too small and your size is not in stock, you can then opt for a voucher. We will send you a label for free return shipment. Please note: the shipping costs for returns are not refundable if the jewelry was purchased at a discount (promotion/sales/outlet).

Money back
If you are unhappy with your purchase (this also applies to jewelry purchased in promotion/sales/outlet) and it does not meet your expectations, then you are responsible for the costs of return shipment.
If you have purchased the jewelry with a gift voucher, you can only get a voucher in return. Jewelry that was custom made for you cannot be exchanged.
